Musical Moments In-Person
The Musical Moments recital series at the library will feature "The Kate and Dave Duo" with special guests, Stan Proffitt and Jo-Hannah Reynolds at 7:30 pm on Friday, January 24, 2025. Geneva native, vocalist Kate Ferguson-Schmidl, and guitarist Dave Kukendall from Seneca Falls, will be joined by pianists Stan Proffitt and Jo-Hannah Reynolds performing songs in a variety of styles including classical music, soft pop/rock, jazz, and blues. Kate and Dave have performed together since the 1980s at clubs, restaurants, and for special events. Geneva pianist Stan Proffitt has performed his solo piano program for Musical Moments for several years. Jo-Hannah Reynolds is a singer/songwriter, composer, author, and educator, currently a music teacher / choir director in the Penn Yan Public Schools. The concert is free and open to the public.
