Join psychotherapist, Christine Sanderbeck, as she leads explorations and discussions on spiritual topics and practices. Learn practical ways to grow in wisdom and give a boost to your immune system, optimism and dramatically reduce stress responses.

All of this will lead to greater health, sense of well being and deeper, more fulfilling relationships. Discussions will be varied with a wide range of stress reducing techniques including meditation, breathing exercises, and psychological mindfulness practices.

Discussion Topics include: Truth, boundaries and kindness. Mystical laws and how they apply to you. Balancing giving with assertiveness. Connecting with nature and your spirit. Self love, energy and healing. The body’s energy chakras.
