Welcome Geneva Public Library's Room Booking Tool

Our Library is located in a historic, white, three-story building on the corner of Castle and Main Street in Geneva, New York. We have several, various-sized community spaces available for your studying, meeting, or event needs.

  • The Main Floor entrance is located on Castle St., which has two-hour free street parking.
  • The Ground Floor entrance is located on Main St., which has all-day free street parking.
  • There is a parking lot on the west side of the building.

Do You Want to Hold Your Event When We Are Closed?

This booking system will not permit reservations outside library hours of operation. If you are interested in using either the Reading Room or Community Room after library hours, please fill out this google form.


How to Make a Booking Using the grid below:

1) Navigate to the date you want to book.

  • Use the "Go to Date" button to select a specific date.
  • Use the Back (<) and Forward (>) buttons to navigate between days.
  • If there are no available times in the current view, the "Next Available" button will appear. Click this button to jump to the next available time slot.

2) Click on an available time slot(green bar) to choose your booking's start time.

  • Use the horizontal scroll bar to view additional times in the grid.
  • To view more info about a space, including the photo and description, click on the room's "Info" badge.

3) Your end time defaults to 1 hour. Select a different end time from the dropdown menu that appears below the grid.
4) Click the "Submit Times" button.
5) Review all terms and conditions, then click "Continue."
6) Fill out the booking form.

  • To modify your booking, click the "Change" link under Booking Details.

7) Click the "Submit my Booking" button.
